I had solar panels installed by this company and they haven't worked. Now my bill is double what it was. They're useless, and after they install them, you try to contact them and they don't answer the phone. I'm going to have to take action if they don't resolve this. It's not what they promised.

Scam! Their sales people lie to you in order to sell units and their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. The overall value of the solar panels is not worth it either. It doesn’t save you money on your electric bill and when you call their customer service to try and talk through the numbers with them, they don’t understand and don’t have any training to accurately speak on the very systems they are selling. 1 is the lowest I could post. I would go negative 10000 if possible. Please do not use this company if you have any sense in your world. 4 years no reduction in my electric bill. Documentation from manufacturer that system is not working and still no resolve. Big failure of a company all together!!!!
