Had igor recently come home to give quote on a job. He was very pleasant and instantly there was a trust established. I threw many questions including possibly more work in future. At no point he rushed me, gave brief replies or tired to sell me anything. He was genuinely interested to help. Where a fix wasn't needed he was candid about it. Bad communication. Contacted for a quote for resurfacing floors in a house I do not live in yet. I asked if I could give them measurements over the phone, they said it would need to be done in person. I drove to meet them for my appointment and they canceled 30 minutes before asking if I could send them measurements because my house is too far away from them, something that should have been identified sooner.
