There are 3 qualities that I use to evaluate a service provider: competence, communication and value for the money. Modern Smart Home gets the highest rating for each of these. I used their predecessor company twice in the past, so they were my to-go choice for a current issue. They troubleshot and fixed our current audio issue; they were great to deal with as far as arranging the appointment; and they were very fair in the price they charged. A very good company to work with.

Modern Smart Home (Nathan in particular) went above and beyond to complete our tech makeover. He installed outdoor security cameras, a new internet portal, and retrofitted our house with simple to use controls for music, lighting, security and front door locks. I am most impressed with his dedication to finding solutions that were easy to use, and problem solving any issues that came up.
