Very questionable company! We have had our fireplace for five years and it stopped working so called the company and they said needed a parts upgrade to new tech… no big deal right? We after I purchased the upgrade they shipped the wrong parts. After over an hour on the phone with their tech support they promised to expedite shipping of the correct parts but now after weeks of waiting for an “overnight” shipping still nothing.
