The first I knew that my solar panels were not producing was when I got an APS bill three times the usual amount. I called Nathan and he came out to assess the situation the next day. He took care of ordering the parts and installing them quickly. He was very nice to deal with and answered all of my questions with a smile on his face.

It took a little wrestling and a couple trips, but Nathan fought through the issues and made sure things were sorted with our solar system.
