Tried to take advantage of the 199 special. Seemed great until technician arrived late in unmarked van and the price quickly went up to almost 600 dollars for “add ons” like the air returns and the blower motor. I felt like I was bait and switched. When I tried to negotiate the price the technician offered me a “deal” where he would only charge the 199 then I pay him 200 dollars cash to do the rest of the work under the table. Great service the technician Manny was great to work with and very polite and moved with a mission. Great communication and updates on the go! Aswell as before and after photos as he was performing the work. He also had recommendations on filter replacement and how to determine it's time for a new one. We have 4 dogs so that will very on how often we change them out. Overall Great service performed thanx Manny!!
