Lucas was very nice and took care of everything

Woke up in the morning to no hot water from my 14-year old water heater and had a new water heater by day’s end. The gentleman who answered my call was professional and the installer, Lucas, was professional and respectful. He updated me on his arrival time, made the work look effortless, and explained how to maintain the new water heater. And, the cost seemed reasonable given how much things cost these days. Very pleased with my experience.

Showed up next day to replace my water heater. Showed up on time and had everything fixed in a timely manner!
