After ordering my fireplace they made it in the wrong color. I wanted the natural color and they made it in a horrible gold color. They said they would make it right but instead of making it over they just sanded and ground off the gold color leaving nicks and swirl marks all over it and then wouldn't refund my money. I was stuck with this horrible fireplace. And now it has numerous cracks. I felt like I should have at least got what I ordered. Update from my previous review: this was not a bog
