Chris with MidSouth Screens is truly awesome. We had some retractable screens put in by a competitor of his, and they took very little ownership over the system after install. It never worked properly, and they stopped answering our calls for help after awhile. In comes Chris - returned calls and gave outstanding advice even before we ever paid him a dime.
