I originally spoke to the owner of this company on the phone about replacing my back and side fence at a rental property I own in town. This guy charges $2500 minimum. The owner had originally said on the phone that he would have someone come by and measure for more exact pricing and sent me a bid of $2900 for 80 feet of fence. The bid reads this way- “Demo, remove and replace 80 linear feet of 6 foot treated pine privacy Fencing. The fence is along the back and right hand side of the backyard.

The crew worked very hard to make sure what I wanted was done as needed. They had to add some extra lateral bracing due to residential codes on deck requirements when designed as a free standing deck.
