Jerry was one of several recommended to us for a home inspection and we chose him based on his body of work and positive reviews. We are extremely happy that we did! This was our first time buying a modular home and Jerry walked us through some of the differences during his inspection. He was specific in his assessment to the concerns he found and gave us detailed information. I was also impressed he took time to talk with me on the phone to go over some of the fine details.
