Update - they have since reached out and came back to review my chimney situation, giving me some good options. Very professional. Greatly appreciated! Spent over $200 to have them tell me it would take 13k to transform the fireplace into a gas fireplace. Responded to a follow up email asking for more clarity on why and never heard back.

Mid-Valley rebuilt my chimneys 4 years ago. Made 2 fireplaces operational-one converted to gas/other gas checked and repaired. Colton arrives annually to make sure both are safe and “tuned up”.
