We have been using Mid State for about 3 years for our apartment properties in Casa Grande and Coolidge. I have to say that they are extremely professional, reliable, trustworthy and have been able to do repairs on all our service calls, and at a reasonable price. We highly recommend them.

We were not present at the residence and our wifi thermostat registered temperature higher than setting. Based on recommendations from a neighbor we contacted Mid-State for troubleshooting and repair. This was late on a Friday so repair was scheduled for Monday morning. They were there on time and completed needed work within the hour. We are very satisfied.

These folks Rock 👍 New YORK system installed 3 years ago. Compressor went out last year. They replaced it next day. 6 month free maintenance just done. All good. Highly recommend these folks Thanks, ET
