I ordered service from Midsouth septic this past week. Due to the rain I cancelled the appointment so the truck would not get stuck or tear up my yard in the back of the house. We used them in 2024 and they were great. But last year they took on a new partner out of Boston. The call center(not locally) was very rude and didn’t give two shits about the issues the driver or the customer might incur. She also wanted me to pay a cancellation fee. Good Company that showed up the day they were supposed to and completed the job in a professional manner. I have used them on numerous occasions and the staff and crew have been most courteous. I don't think you will be disappointed.
