Bob installed our retractable screens as part of a deck project 3 years ago. Very efficient and gave us thorough instructions. We recently had a problem with one of the screens and I called Bob. He remembered the house and came right over to repair the problem. Great service.

Initial email contact and response was quick with a few back and forth to get all of the info and quote. I then sent an email saying I was ready to proceed with purchase and install which I never received respond. 6 days later, I sent another email. I also left a voicemail in between the two emails. We had three large custom double screens (with vinyls) recently installed by Bob (and Ed?). They know their stuff and handled this large and complex project beautifully. Screens look and work great! Bob has also setup remotes and explained additional home automation options that I was easily able to do on my own later. Highly recommend them!
