RUN FROM THIS COMPANY - Since this company installed our egress window, we’ve had repeated leaking during heavy rains, with water visibly coming through around the installed window area. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to handle this professionally and work toward a solution with the company. At their request, I even took additional time out of my workday to recreate the leak using a hose test and documented everything with photos. The result was clear — water still entered through

We had a 48” x 48” egress window installed in our basement this month. We are very happy with the install, which was completed in one day! The window provides much needed daylight to the basement as well as the benefit of safety. Highly recommended!!
