DO NOT get flooring from the company affiliated with Michigan Design Center, Flooring Design Distributor. The pricing is substantially more than where you can get it from any other local flooring store. When I went to the manager Chris Smith regarding why they charged me almost double per square foot of any other local flooring store they said it’s because they were in a “high priced” area.
