Michelle Burton Interiors left me disappointed. Michelle herself was pleasant to work with, but the team didn’t seem aligned. Important details slipped through the cracks, causing mistakes with orders and installations. The process felt disorganized, and I spent far too much time double-checking things myself. By the time the project was done, the end result was fine but not worth the stress it caused. I expected more professionalism and attention to detail given the price tag.
