The Culligan product is amazing, but their ongoing maintenance service is absolute garbage. We’re on their prestige service (so is the mother in law) that we pay monthly for and getting them to come out when they’re supposed to has been an absolute nightmare for the last several years. They go through service managers regularly. It seems that no one there really knows what’s going on so if you have a problem and you call in to talk to someone they always promise to call you back. They never do
