One phone call and an hour later a skilled Craftsman came to my location and satisfied the HOA and replaced my kitchen faucet set and garbage disposal and got the dish washer running right in the two hours he said he could get everything done including clean up leak free and perfectly installed. Easy payment upon completion. Happy.
