Parts and materials arrived promptly, packaging protected the contents, the material is of high quality. If I could have had anything more, it would have been PDF instructions before the purchase. I got what I’d hoped for, but it was a process of making the right guesses. Probably the professionals know what to order, but this is my first time making my own custom screen frames. I ordered a simple bedroom screen on the 10th it is now the 18th no screen no communication, nothing. When I checked my account to get the date I saw more was taken then the stated price and shipping cost.
