Spoke with a guy who said he would remove between a certain time, very nice, explained to him I need to confirm with tenet and then in under 60 seconds, I called back to confirm the time he TOLD ME he wanted and this extremely rude women picked up the phone and said that time doesn’t work, she is changing the scheduled and they they wouldn’t commit to the service.
