Very communicative, came on time and did a professional job

I just had Metro Gate Repair come out to my house to weld two brackets onto my gate so the arm could be set on it. I was made to believe that it was a very detailed job that would take hours. The technician was here for less than one hour, used no parts and I was charged $850. I understand it is a specialty, but there is a difference between charging an appropriate rate for work and taking advantage of people.
