We had a 10am appointment scheduled. Brian texted at 9:26 to confirm. I texted back 4 minutes later to confirm and he said since I didn't reply quickly that he was going to go to another location instead and that he could "catch me later." When I told him that I did respond in a timely manner he said "I'm no longer interested in your job." Good luck to anyone doing business with Brian!
