The sales pitch by their sales rep Kevin Ives was amazing. He was very communicative and always was checking on the loaning options. Once I signed the loan and contract I only heard from Kevin once to tell me the install would be done in a week. Said all materials where ready and it was a matter of having the right weather for installation. Weeks went by he disappeared. I never got a call from him or the installer. We compared three solar installers. Method Solar explained their system, scheduling and pricing clearly and with less pressure than the others. We were much more comfortable with going with Method Solar. In addition, their price was the lowest. They were fast and on time. The only hold up was waiting for Trico to inspect.
