So lazy they’d rather let your home explode than fix it themselves

Some really great employees work at the utilities department and then you have the ones that give you half an explanation on a process - happens in every industry - shouldn’t but it does - I’m giving 5 stars because dealing with the frustrated public is not easy - perhaps there needs to be an overall on process to get things completed

Is Francisco Hernandez still on the payroll at Mesa Gas? Or is he still "working?"
