6/5/2026 UPDATE: Was reached out by Mel, the customer service manager at Menehune Water, who took the time to explain the many possibilities of what might have happened during the delivery that caused my extra bottle to not get picked up. She also listened patiently and with empathy to my complaint and was VERY thorough in getting to the bottom of this case. I’m really happy to say that my complaint is now resolved!! I've had Menehune Water at two different buildings I have managed and I am so happy with the quality of the water and the amazing customer service. If you drink a lot of water like I do I strongly suggest you sign up for their fantastic delivery service, my route driver is someone I genuinely look forward to seeing each month.
