Friendly…but that’s where it ends. Melvin did the cleaning of the existing system. Later we had issues with 1 unit leaking, maybe 4 months later. Filter good, but he said there was a backup in the drain which was filled with debris…$250 charge to clean out what should’ve been done 4 months prior, none of our 6 units had an issue…fine. Then a compressor & 3 head units needed to be replaced at about the same time. He did the work, but he’s very messy, urinates in our bushes and blows his nose snot

Melvin was wonderful to work with. We had two urgent projects, and he took the time to address and resolve the issues. He was fast, efficient, and made sure everything was completed promptly.

Yes! AC running very smoothly over night. It’s very quiet and cool throughout the house. Workmanship very nice and high quality as well. Thank you very much Melvin!
