I want to urge people to reconsider using Mel's Outdoor services. I really do not like to put people on blast unnecessarily but this has been an ongoing issue for almost 2 years that we've been using their services. I don't want to be long-winded but when it comes down to is multiple examples of unprofessional behavior, including cussing at me over the phone, from Brianna who I believe is the office manager, and and inconsistencies with billing where things aren't as transparent as they should b
