Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well.
