UPDATE: the owner of the company promptly took action on my review and we were able to get someone out to help us walk through our new stream. There were some miscommunications internally since I didn't actually purchase the stream itself, but took over the 'project' as the new homeowner. Kaili came out to help us learn our stream and was very attentive, kind, and detailed. I've adjusted my star rating to reflect the prompt response after this post. I am pretty happy with the end results, but not with the process overall. Even though aonste review up front, got hit with 2 additional costs once build teams engaged. My advice is to get details of bid up front to know the sales team included everything and you don’t run into These “ad on’s” after you’ve committed to the specific company. I learned a good lesson. But quality seems good.

It all began from the first time I met Cody and David of MCM Outdoor Living. They were very professional, timely, organized, and knowledgeable of all my questions since it’s my first experience with this type of project. I had the opportunity to go to showroom to see the type of materials that I would be using in my side yard. Once the materials and design were decided then the fun began. The workmanship and every person that came onto the property was great and so respectful. I am so excited
