Patrick was fantastic! We had a septic failure over the weekend and live >100 miles outside of his service zone and he took the time to troubleshoot our problem, walk us step-by-step and helped us find a solution, knowing that we would not be his customer given our distance away. I wish we lived closer because he would certainly be our go-to with expert knowledge and diligence. Highly recommend!

Driver got his septic truck stuck in my yard while trying to back into the address across the street. Truck sank over 2 feet down off the edge of the road. I tried assisting him as he was completely blocking the road. I used multiple landscape blocks and plywood to put under his front tires while he backed up.
