7/10 stars. Dave and Matrix helped me out with my first basic home theater build coming from a home theater in a box situation. I had a relatively small budget and just wanted to get my toes wet in the world of home theater sound experience. Pros: These guys are very professional and friendly, don’t hide costs, are competitively priced, easy to get ahold of, and seem very knowledgeable and proficient in many a/v applications and practices. Cons: They don’t seem very suited for an all out home

We have used matrix electronics since we moved into our house 8 years ago and have always been pleased with their service. I remember the first time we used them - the job took 15 min less than the time I was quoted and Dave changed the already printed invoice and adjusted the price to reflect those 15 minutes.
