Just not a quality company from top to bottom. Cheap doesn't mean good!

Whole replacement of fireplace, inner box, new Chimney. Smoke pours out of it and I can't even use it. They were very unprofessional and not helpful at all trying to get my fireplace working properly. They took 7k for the down and didn't finish. I finally just quit trying to get this fixed. They are not locally based at all. They are out of Texas and send technicians from TX. Do not use this company. Big Corp that doesn't care about customer just getting money.
