I have been using them since Dec. 2016. The people that came out recently were great. Very friendly and answered most of my questions. In 2016, they replaced my brick chimney with Hardboard and replaced my chimney cap as well as put a hood. It has a lifetime warranty but I was told recently when they came out it wasn’t covered under the warranty so I had to pay $800 to replace the chimney cap. Great service! Our chimney chap blew off during a wind storm. We didn’t realize it until we had rain pouring in our chimney. Masters came out the next day after calling for an appointment and they had a new better chimney cap installed by Friday end of the week.
