Called to get a quote on Feb 11th, got redirected to an obvious AI "help desk" where they collected all of my information and forwarded me to another company. That company needed to collect all of my information a second time, came out to my house on Feb 12th, gave me a verbal quote and never followed up again even after I called them and asked for the quote so we could get the work started. The gentleman that came to my house and looked at the roof said he completely forgot what he quoted me
