Highly recommend using Master Clean! We recently bought a house that had severe pet odor in the Great Room so we needed out carepts cleaned badly. Damon was on time, friendly and efficent! Unfortanetly 3 days after the inital wash the carpets still stunk so I called Master Clean and expressed my concern and Teresa was professtional and helped me schedule a time for Damon to come back out to get cleaned again free of charge.
