Wasted 3 hours of my vacation time as no one showed up during my window (scheduled 4 days in advance) to provide a quote on services needed for a chimney repair and cleaning. Called them 30 minutes before the window ended and was told they would talk to a manager and call me back. Guess what..no return phone call. If your time is valuable and you want respect from your service provider choose another company.

Master Chimney Cleaning was professional from start to finish. The technician was friendly, respectful of my home, and very knowledgeable. I feel much safer using my fireplace now, and I’ll definitely be calling them again
