This company has been godsent. In my time of panic and being overwhelmed by my basement being flooded this company was a calm in my storm. Tracey was very responsive and professional, he kept me informed of all the steps and the progress. Melvin and his team came out so fast and got the work done efficiently. I am forever grateful for them. if this ever happens again they will be the only company I call and I will refer them to anyone I know.

We felt overwhelmed but Tracy was very patient and walked us through everything step by step. From start to finish he kept us informed and updated, which was highly appreciated since excellent communication skills are a rarity these days.
