I had a lot of cracks & crumbling in the mortar on my brick town house. Santos gave me a fair priced estimate & I was impressed due to the questions he asked, & that other contractors didn't. He asked if I wanted the full mortar replacement 100% on the porch, which I did. He collected bits of loose mortar to look for close color match to existing mortar on house. Some contractors I spoke with avoided color match subject completely. Their tuckpointing work was truly excellent. I watched the crew
