Franklin and his team were professional and thorough from beginning to end. Up front, he was very forthright about his schedule availability (but actually delivered early!) and communicated well throughout the design process. We received detailed drawings to review and approve. The installation was done with great care, and they did not leave until every detail was completed and everything was cleaned up.
