UPDATE: Two hours after the plumber left I submitted my review below. The manager Mike saw it and called 15 minutes after I left it to make things right. He came to redo the plumbing appointment even though I had already signed with a different company for the new a/c unit 30 minutes ago. He said that plumber was being terminated anyway, and he apologized profusely. That apt with Mike was not impressive, though, and I didn’t hire them again. Mike had helped me with a little issue over the phone

Recently we had Mark Allen’s service person Mr. Juhlyan come over to inspect our heating and air conditioning systems AND were very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and competency with both systems.
