On May 15, 2026 the technician Mr. David Guiterrez arrived at our residence for the annual HVAC system service. He was very thorough and always kept me informed of his findings and recommendations. He kept clean his work area and did install some electronic components based on his recommendations to our condenser. Very polite and professional and pleasant to work with. Marathon did follow-up with a phone call to see how the service call went.

Absolute malpractice and predatory consumer fraud. On May 5, 2026, this company issued Invoice #214923408, charging my tenant $350.00 to resolve a heating failure (Error Code 12). They explicitly billed for removing and "thoroughly cleaning" the flame sensor and unit interior. Within less than two weeks, the exact same failure recurred.
