The locksmith broke our door and our lock. We had to replace both. When I reached out to the company, they refused to make it right. Horribly unprofessional. I would not recommend them, especially in the pittsburgh/ ross township area.
broke my door and broke the lock to the point where the key doesn’t work anymore and had to get a completely new lock
Tried calling several times for one of my commercial properties, and they just kept hanging up without answering
