The owner is very nice and was very professional and helpful. My cat had started a new medication which unfortunately affected her and she had peed on my sectional couch. I had try to spot clean it with a portable machine but I could still smell it. The product he used smelled nice and really helped remove the urine smell. Definitely will refer him.
