We requested a quote for exterior paint in Flagstaff in May of 2025. Dan walked the property and performed a full evaluation including a separate quote to repair some patio steps. We had MLP paint our house in 2020. They used regular house paint on metal front door and garage door without using any type of primer or purchasing paint specifically for metal and it is bubbling up and flaking off. They repainted the bottom of the garage door, but it's right back to bubbling up again. It's not worthy the money if I have to repaint it on year 4.
