Jeff and Randy are simply amazing. Their customer support is incredible and timely. If you are looking for fair pricing and excellent knowledgeable service call them! They have helped me several times with a simple service call to replacing large pumps.

I guess business is really good for these guys and feel that service calls without selling you equipment (at huge markup no less) is not worth their time when they book you at 100+ dollars per hour?? UNBELIEVABLE. Even when its a system they installed! Can't knock their knowledge but can you really afford to turn down business and repeat paying customers (in your place/town of business) because you can't sell market up equipment? I guess so at Maier & Dougherty.
