Awful experience. Set up a one time cleaning over a month in advance to prepare our house for our newborn to arrive. Day of appointment, no one shows up. I was told “she wasn’t answering her phone”. Tried to reschedule 3 separate times and each time same exact story (actually missed my wife’s 38 week pregnancy appointment so I could meet cleaner at our house…once again nothing). Someone would email me and say “we have confirmed a cleaner for this time” and then it would be cancelled minutes b
