My husband and I have used this service for almost two years. For reference our house is a 3/2. Two of those bedrooms, a sunroom, and reptile room do not get cleaned. This is the third time I’ve walked into my house after the cleaning and it smells rancid. Moldy. Sweaty. Just gross. Not how it should smell after Having it being just cleaned. The response is “oh it must be because we mopped in the reptile room and it spread the smell” Huh? Yall never have and do not clean it. That theory wouldn
