I'm leaving 4 stars only due to the management of this company, locally. I had to have a deep clean redone after a disappointing 1st try and some scheduling issues on their part. I was hesitant to have I it redone due to the nature of the business and someone coming into my home. I didn't necessarily trust that policy. However, I was met with unbelievable grace on the part of management and the assurance I needed that it would be done well and up to the standards they represent on their website.
